Welcome!
My name is Sima, and I run a small nursery for perennial edible plants in New Brunswick, on the Kingston Peninsula. I offer a variety of delicious, low-care hardy perennial plants, as well as hands-on workshops and food forest tours.
Why perennials? Well, these guys survive our winters right in the ground, so there’s no hassles of starting seeds, prepping garden beds, and keeping weeds down to help out tiny seedlings. You plant these once, and keep reaping the benefits for years to come, with minimal care.

Food Forest Tours
Want to know what the food forest tours have been all about? Check out the the previous years' tours to get an idea of the properties that were showcased and what you might be seeing when you visit!
The tour locations change somewhat year-to-year, but there are properties showcased throughout the province - Fredericton, Saint John, Saint Andrews, Moncton, and even Belledune. Each site showcases unique approaches to growing food sustainably. The tours are geared toward community building, connecting with like-minded people, finding resources, sharing information, and learning from folks that have been growing their food forests for a while.
