Ribes rubrum, variety Champagne. A deciduous shrub growing to ~5 ft tall and 5 ft' wide. Produces clusters of pink, sweet, delicious berries. Plants are hardy to zone 3. Berries can be eaten as-is from the bush, or processed into jam or jelly. Plants are likely to fruit one year after planting. Self-fertile and prolific.
