Anise hyssop (Agastache)

Agastache foeniculum. A perennial herb in the mint family. A short-lived perennial with licorice-flavoured leaves and flowers. Great for making a mild herbal tea. The plant will hum with bees throughout the summer - it is considered a top-notch pollinator feeder! It grows tall - 4 ft in the right conditions, so plan and plant accordingly.
